RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the last item of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, you are responsible for sending the item back to: FAMAYA — 18 rue du Commandant Abadie, 76600 LE HAVRE, FRANCE

The package must be sent with a tracked shipping service. FAMAYA cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit without tracking. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, and any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Any item that shows signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 30-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, and to return your order within 30 days of receiving the last item of your order, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 30 calendar days of receiving your returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
