What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2 to 5 business days within mainland France. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your parcel directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided. You can also track your order directly via the Track your order section in the menu.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the last item of your order to return an item. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags attached.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, and to return it within 30 days of receiving the last item of your order, for any reason and without justification.

How do I make a return?

You can initiate a return directly from your account. Log in, go to your orders, select the order you'd like to return, and follow the steps. You can also contact us at famayacreation@gmail.com if you need assistance.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
The package must be sent with a tracked shipping service. FAMAYA cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit without tracking.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
